Travelling by bus...
A frequent on demand free bus service will run from Chesterfield railway station to the Rail Ale Festival at Barrow Hill Roundhouse.
Thursday 14th May 2026
- First bus from Chesterfield Station 1100, running until 1730.
- First bus from Barrow Hill Roundhouse at 1130, running until 1800.
Friday 15th May & Saturday 16th May 2026
- First bus from Chesterfield Station at 1100, running until 2245.
- First bus from Barrow Hill Roundhouse at 1130, running until 2310.
Sunday 17th May 2026
- First bus from Chesterfield Station at 1100, running until 1730.
- First bus from Barrow Hill Roundhouse at 1130, running until 1800.
Stagecoach service 90 buses run from Chesterfield (New Beetwell Street) to Barrow Hill. A half hourly service runs from Monday to Saturday; the Sunday service is hourly.
