We need volunteers to staff on of The Three Real Ale Bars, The Craft Keg Bar, The Cider Bar, The Wine & Prosecco Bar and The Rail Ale Gin Palace.
(Please note they differ from previous years)
Please advise if you have a preference for the bar you would like to work on.
You do not have to have any experience of working behind the bar nor do you have to be a CAMRA member in order to volunteer at Rail Ale!
We are also looking for people with the relevant experience to act as Bar Managers. Please let us know if you are interested in this role.
I’m sure you realise the amount of work that goes into setting up this amazing event. The “Rail Ale Crew” start setting up the stillage and bars a few weeks before, if anyone would like to be part of this and could give some time, please let us know and we’ll add you to the “Rail Ale Crew” WhatsApp group.
From Sunday 14th May Rail Ale will be ready for the line cleaning and general dressing of the venue, we need people at some point every day, so as much or as little time you could give would be hugely appreciated. We’ll keep you fed and watered…
And then to Take Down day on Sunday 21st May where lunch and Beer will be provided.
More hands make light work!!
Any information you would like on set up and take down, please let us know!
Remember that you, the volunteers are the life blood of the festival, you make it a great success & I look forward to hearing from you.
